Between the Subjective and the Objective

Asian Drama & Series Review

All of us are familiar with the saying, “beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.” It is always about perspectives. More often, subjectivity takes precedence over objectivity. Our content tries to find a middle ground between the subjective and the objective. Through our venture, The Beholder, we will provide the best in Asian drama & series review and analysis.

We aim to provide a unique perspective on the Korean, Japanese and Thai pop culture content which is consumed globally. Our work focuses primarily on what is the best and the worst in these popular content which we watch in the comfort of our homes. More often, we consume these content for entertainment; but it is far beyond just that.

Focusing just on entertainment, neglects the possibility to even have a conversation on the inherent political incorrectness and problematic nature of some of these content that we watch. The Beholder is a more holistic approach which is rooted in inclusivity and empathy. Any content which threaten these ideals which are necessary in the world that we live in, will be criticized ruthlessly.
